Who Would Win this Fantasy Baseball Trade?
I Give: Robinson Cano and Johnny Damon
I Get: Brandon Phillips and Alex Rios
It's pretty tempting, but then I thought of how Cano usually puts up great second half numbers. Cano and Damon aren't really starters on my team, but do play Utility from time to time.
Here's some of my players:
Brian McCann, Adrian Gonzalez, Ian Kinsler, Mark Reynolds, Derek Jeter, Carlos Lee, Hunter Pence, and Magglio Ordonez.
So what would you do and why? Please explain! Thanks!
I personnally think that you would have to pass on the trade. Rios is not putting up numbers like expected of him over the last few years and Brandon Phillips is a step up from Cano but in the second half of the season you definatly need Cano. With the fantasy season coming down the stretch, Cano will be putting up good numbers whereas Cano will be putting up the same numbers as he has been all season. So I'm afraid you have to pass on this trade.
