 Help for DDR on Playstation 2? I have a soft DDR pad for playstation 2. I haven't used it in 3 years, and it's been folded sitting in the back of my closet. What can I do to make it work? The problem: the ps2 doesn't seem to recognize the pad being plugged in. The mat lights up when touched (and plugged in) so I know it's not a lack of sensitivity in the mat. The regular hand controller works just fine on both ports, but the pad doesn't. clean the connector on the pad with rubbing alcohol. use a q-tip to do this. also make sure there arent any pegs missing in the connector. there should be 8/9 metal pegs. if theres any less it could be broken. |
